Depending on the desired depth of the risk assessment, you can choose either a Quick Scan or go straight for a more comprehensive analysis.

The Quick Scan offers the advantage of quickly providing an overview of the risk profile of a project or contract. If needed, the Quick Scan can easily be expanded later on, should the risk profile warrant a more detailed approach.

To maintain a clear overview of all ongoing risk management procedures within your organization, you can continuously monitor them using the Risk Monitor and Trajectory Dashboard. With RISkatch you can also easily report on risk management and properly document the process. This ensures compliance with standards such as ISO 9001 and various accreditation requirements.

Using the analysis and evaluation modules, a Risk Action List is automatically generated. The entire risk management process is then displayed in a Risk Register, which provides an overview of all identified risks and their current handling status. At any moment, clear and concise reports can be generated from this, enabling further dialogue about risks within a project or contract and allowing seamless integration into the project or contract file.

RISkatch is built on system modules aligned with the standard procedures of ISO 31000. ISO 31000 is the new reference framework for risk management. It consists of two general standards: one covering terms and definitions, and the other providing guidelines for implementing risk management—NEN-ISO 31000 Risk Management and a guideline for risk assessment methods.

This series of standards serves two main purposes. First, it offers a general framework for organizations that want to implement risk management in the broadest sense. Second, it acts as an umbrella for various sector- and topic-specific ISO standards related to risk management.

Risks are usually approached from a financial perspective. However, this often leaves many other relevant risks out of sight. Yet, it is often the long-term impact of these non-financial risks that proves to be far more damaging to an organization. With RISkatch these non-financial risks are also mapped out. In addition, you benefit from real-time updates on contextual risks. These macro-economic and sector-specific risk algorithms are automatically integrated and continuously kept up to date.
